derivative of the ratio \(U(z)/u_{*}\) following the law of the wall:

- Parameters:
eta (scalar, np.array) – height
eta_0 (scalar, np.array) – hydrodyamic roughness
Kappa (float, optional) – Von Karmàn constant (the default is 0.4).
- Returns:
Array of the ratio defined above.
